Tina
Financial Coordinator
Tina brings over 30 years of experience in the dental field. Born and raised in Plant City, FL, Tina graduated from Plant City High School and earned her dental assisting and radiology certification from Concorde Career Institute in 1994. With a strong family background in dentistry—her grandmother and sister were both dental assistants—Tina was inspired to follow the same path. She’s passionate about educating patients, helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles, and witnessing the transformation that dental care can bring.
Outside of the office, Tina enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, whether it’s camping, exploring local festivals, or traveling. She’s happily married, with three sons, three grandchildren, and a Goldendoodle named Jax who keeps the family entertained. Her dedication to patient care and her warm, approachable nature make her a valued member of the team.
Nancilee
Registered Dental Hygienist
Nancilee has been caring for patients for over 25 years. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to Florida with her family at a young age and later pursued her education in dental hygiene at St. Petersburg College, earning her A.S. in 1994 and her B.S. in 2009. Inspired by a passionate hygienist she met during a high school career day, Nancilee knew early on that dental hygiene was the perfect fit—and she’s loved it ever since. For her, the most fulfilling part of her role is helping patients improve their oral health and forming long-term connections with the people she serves.
Outside of the practice, Nancilee leads a full and active life. She’s been married for 29 years and is incredibly proud of her daughter, who recently earned her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Nancilee enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s paddle boarding, going to the beach, or horseback riding—and is committed to living a healthy lifestyle through good nutrition and regular exercise. Her goal? To live to 100, thriving every step of the way.
Kelly
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kelly is one of the skilled Registered Dental Hygienists at our office, where she’s been helping patients feel comfortable and confident about their smiles since May 2022. With over 14 years of experience in the dental field, Kelly brings both expertise and a gentle touch to every appointment.
Outside of the office, Kelly loves exploring new places around the globe and cherishing quality time with her friends and family. Whether she’s traveling or making someone smile, she’s all about creating meaningful connections.
Katelyn
Registered Dental Assistant
Katelyn has been a valued part of the team since 2016. Born and raised in the area, she completed her dental training at Concorde Career Institute, graduating in 2007. Her passion for helping others led her to the dental field, where she finds joy in seeing how a confident, healthy smile can positively impact someone’s life.
Outside the office, Katelyn enjoys soaking up the Florida sunshine with her daughter and their two dogs. Whether it’s a relaxing day at the beach or lounging by the pool, she loves spending quality time with family and embracing the laid-back coastal lifestyle.
Shelly
Registered Dental Assistant
Shelly is a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant at Williams Family and Cosmetic Dentistry with over 33 years of experience in the dental field. Her career began after serving four years in the U.S. Navy, where she developed a strong foundation of discipline and service. From day one in dentistry, Shelly knew she was in the right profession. She was inspired by a desire to help others improve their health and gain confidence by transforming their smiles, and that passion continues to drive her today. Her experience, compassionate nature, and commitment to patient care make her a valued and trusted member of the team.
Outside of the office, Shelly enjoys living life to the fullest. She has a deep love for the outdoors and can often be found riding her motorcycle or cruising in her sports car. Family is a big part of her life—she is married, has four grown children, and is a proud grandmother to three grandchildren. Whether at work or at play, Shelly brings energy, warmth, and a genuine love for helping others to everything she does.
Marissa
Registered Dental Assistant
Marissa is a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant at Williams Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. Born and raised in Plant City, Florida, Marissa has always had a strong desire to help others, which naturally led her to a career in the dental field. Her passion for patient care and creating positive experiences at the dentist’s office is what drives her every day.
Outside of the office, Marissa enjoys spending quality time with her family. She is a proud mom to her daughter Analia, who is two years old, and her son Max, who is three months old. In her free time, she loves visiting Disney and making lasting memories with her loved ones. Marissa’s warm personality and commitment to helping others make her a valued part of the team.
Kaitlyn
Dental Hygienist
Kaitlyn, a Dental Hygienist at Williams Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits. After attending the University of South Florida, she and her husband settled in Tampa to raise their family. Kaitlyn has always loved going to the dentist, and after starting dental hygiene school, she realized many people didn’t share her enthusiasm. She now enjoys creating a positive dental experience, especially seeing the immediate, visible results of her work.
Kaitlyn finds the most joy in building lasting relationships with her patients, often hearing the reassuring words, “It wasn’t bad at all!” Outside of work, she is kept busy with her three children, enjoying beach trips and theme park visits. In her quiet moments, she loves reading.
Lori
Dental Hygienist
Lori joined the team as a Dental Hygienist in January of 2025. She graduated from Indiana University Purdue University of Fort Wayne, IN in 2008 and moved to Florida with her husband four years ago.
Lori has a passion for helping others and loves making patients feel comfortable in the dental chair. She especially enjoys meeting new people and building connections through her work.
Outside of the office, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband, their twin boys, and their “twin” toy poodles. She also loves crafting, going to the beach, and traveling.
Marlene
Dental Assistant
Marlene, a skilled Dental Assistant at Williams Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, brings a warm and compassionate presence to the office each day. Born and raised in Florida, Marlene completed her dental training at the Dental Assisting Institute in St. Petersburg. Her journey into dentistry was fueled by a desire to help others feel confident in their smiles—something she finds especially rewarding when reviewing before-and-after photos with patients and witnessing their joy.
Outside of the office, Marlene is a proud wife and mom to two daughters, ages 10 and 7. She cherishes spending quality time with her family, whether it’s a fun-filled trip to Disney or enjoying a quiet day at home doing crafts together. Marlene’s genuine care for others and passion for creating positive dental experiences make her a valued part of the Williams Family and Cosmetic Dentistry team.
Natalia
Treatment Coordinator
Originally from Puerto Rico, Natalia moved to Florida with her family eight years ago and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Children and Family Psychology, following her certification as an administrative assistant. Natalia was drawn to the dental field because of her passion for helping others feel confident and empowered. She loves that dentistry blends hands-on care, science, and the opportunity to form lasting connections with patients—something she finds especially rewarding when witnessing the life-changing impact of a healthy smile.
Outside of work, Natalia finds joy in exploring nature, traveling with her family, and making memories with her husband and their energetic one-year-old Siberian Husky. She’s a lifelong learner who enjoys reading, staying active, and discovering new interests. Above all, she is driven by the desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those around her.
Kelly J.
Hygiene Coordinator
Kelly joined the team as Hygiene Coordinator in January 2025. She moved to the area to be closer to family and the beaches, and has loved calling it home ever since.
Her passion for helping others and love for meeting new people naturally led her to the dental industry. Kelly knew she was in the right profession when she began meeting so many interesting patients and saw how happy they were with their care.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors, especially at the beach.
