Katherine Williams
Office Manager
Katherine is a licensed professional engineer and proud graduate of the University of Florida—where she also met Dr. Williams. Her career began in engineering, but she soon discovered a deeper passion for dentistry and the opportunity to work alongside her husband. What she enjoys most is building relationships, supporting patients, and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day.
Outside the office, Katherine and Dr. Williams stay busy with their two beautiful daughters, who fill life with excitement and joy. Katherine is an avid marathon runner, a passionate foodie, and a home chef who loves experimenting with new recipes.
Tina
Financial Coordinator
With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Tina brings unmatched knowledge and warmth to our practice. Born and raised in Plant City, she earned her dental assisting and radiology certification from Concorde Career Institute in 1994. Dentistry runs in her family—both her grandmother and sister were dental assistants—and Tina proudly continues their legacy. She loves educating patients, helping them understand their care, and witnessing the confidence that comes from a healthier smile.
When she is not at the office, Tina enjoys camping, exploring local festivals, and traveling. She is happily married, a proud mom of three sons, a grandmother of three, and the owner of an energetic Goldendoodle named Jax.
Natalia
Treatment Coordinator
Originally from Puerto Rico, Natalia moved to Florida eight years ago and has been passionate about serving others ever since. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Children and Family Psychology after earning her administrative assistant certification. Natalia was drawn to dentistry because she loves empowering people and helping them feel confident in their smiles. She finds joy in forming meaningful relationships and seeing how oral health can transform lives.
Outside of work, Natalia enjoys nature, traveling, reading, and staying active. She shares her home with her husband and their playful one-year-old Siberian Husky.
Kelly J.
Hygiene Coordinator
Kelly joined our practice in January 2025 after relocating to the area to be closer to family and the beaches she loves. Her passion for helping others and her warm personality make her a perfect fit for dentistry. Kelly enjoys meeting new patients, hearing their stories, and watching them leave with a healthier, happier smile.
When she is not in the office, Kelly loves spending time outdoors and making memories with her family.
Nancilee
Registered Dental Hygienist
With over 25 years of experience, Nancilee brings exceptional skill and heartfelt compassion to every visit. She began her journey into dentistry after meeting an inspiring hygienist during a high school career day. She later earned her A.S. in 1994 and B.S. in 2009 from St. Petersburg College. For her, the most rewarding part of the profession is seeing patients improve their oral health and maintaining long-term relationships.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys paddleboarding, horseback riding, going to the beach, and living an active, healthy lifestyle. She has been married for 29 years and is immensely proud of her daughter, who recently completed her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Kelly
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kelly has been part of our hygiene team since May 2022 and brings more than 14 years of experience to the practice. She is known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and ability to help patients feel calm and confident during appointments.
Outside the office, she loves traveling, exploring new destinations, and spending time with friends and family.
Kaitlyn
Dental Hygienist
Kaitlyn’s passion for dentistry began early in life, and after attending the University of South Florida, she and her husband chose Tampa as the perfect place to raise their family. She finds fulfillment in helping patients feel comfortable during their visits and loves building long-term relationships. Her favorite compliment? “It wasn’t bad at all!”
At home, Kaitlyn enjoys time with her three children, visiting theme parks, going to the beach, and relaxing with a good book.
Lori
Dental Hygienist
Lori joined the team in January 2025 and brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every visit. She graduated from Indiana University–Purdue University of Fort Wayne in 2008 and moved to Florida four years ago. Lori loves helping patients feel at ease and values the personal connections she builds through her work.
Outside the office, Lori enjoys time with her husband, their twin boys, and their two “twin” toy poodles. She also loves crafting, going to the beach, and traveling.

Registered Dental Assistant
Since joining the practice in 2016, Katelyn has been a steady, supportive presence for patients and families. She earned her dental assisting credentials from Concorde Career Institute in 2007 and loves helping patients improve their oral health—and their confidence.
Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys sunny days with her daughter and their two dogs, whether at the beach or relaxing by the pool.
Shelly
Registered Dental Assistant
With over 33 years in dentistry, Shelly brings extensive knowledge and unwavering dedication to her role. Her career began after four years of service in the U.S. Navy, where she learned discipline and a strong commitment to helping others. She finds great fulfillment in restoring smiles and improving patient confidence.
In her free time, Shelly enjoys outdoor adventures, riding her motorcycle, traveling, and spending time with her four grown children and three grandchildren.
Marissa
Registered Dental Assistant
Marissa is driven by her passion for patient care and her desire to help others feel comfortable at the dentist. Born and raised in Plant City, she brings warmth and positivity to every appointment.
Outside of dentistry, Marissa loves creating memories with her family. She is a proud mother to her daughter, Analia, and her infant son, Max. Her favorite place to unwind? Disney—where she enjoys making magical memories with her loved ones.
Marlene
Dental Assistant
Marlene brings skill and compassion to every patient interaction. A Florida native, she completed her training at the Dental Assisting Institute in St. Petersburg. She loves helping patients feel confident in their smiles and finds joy in reviewing before-and-after photos to celebrate their progress.
At home, Marlene enjoys family life with her husband and two daughters, ages ten and seven. She loves crafting, Disney adventures, and spending quality time together.
