Trevor Williams is the owner of Williams Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, a dental practice located just five minutes from his hometown of Dover, Florida. Trevor purchased the practice in June 2020, returning to the area after completing his education in dentistry.
Born and raised in Dover, Trevor attended Plant City High School before pursuing his passion for golf at Liberty University. He later transferred to the University of South Florida (USF), where he earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Biomedical Physics. Continuing his academic journey at USF, Trevor obtained his Master’s in Microbiology, focusing his research on the bacterium that causes tooth decay. He then graduated with his DMD from the University of Florida, solidifying his expertise in the dental field.

Trevor’s interest in dentistry was sparked during his college years when he began shadowing a local dentist. This experience highlighted the importance of personal connections in the profession, as he realized that every patient has a story beyond their dental needs. Trevor enjoys getting to know his patients and believes that understanding their individual needs is key to providing exceptional care.
As a dentist, Trevor is passionate about holistic health, emphasizing the critical link between oral health and overall well-being. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Clear Aligners, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Additionally, he is a Dawson Scholar, reflecting his commitment to advanced dental education and comprehensive care.
Outside of his professional life, Trevor is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Katherine, a professional environmental engineer, have two daughters, Hadleigh and Carter. In his free time, Trevor enjoys playing ice hockey, golf, and running. He is also a passionate sports fan, cheering for the Tampa Bay Lightning, Miami Dolphins, and Tampa Bay Rays.
Dr. Williams is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA) as well as the Florida Dental Association.
